Scope:

To support the Transportation Security Administration in fulfilling its mission of implementing best practices to improve the lifecycle acquisition processes and in assisting acquisition program managers apply policy and regulations. Services may include, but are not limited to assistance in: preparation and implementation of templates, models, guides and workshop facilitation; development and maintenance of databases and executive reporting systems; development and maintenance of databases and executive reporting systems; development and implementation of program documents , plants and performance measures; providing program management services, advice, assessments and tracking; the financial management process such as audit and invoice support; provide preliminary contract negotiation preparation support, excluding participation in negotiations or evaluations; providing training and facilitation.

Who can use: Warranted Government TSA Contracting Officers are the only users authorized to place orders under this BPA. BPA is for TSA use only.
