ALON provides leading Program/Project Management support services to many of our Federal customers by following the disciplined management processes outlined by the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).  ALON provides program management through leadership, common processes, tools, templates, performance metrics, and consulting expertise to programs and projects.

We are experienced supporting large Program Management Office (PMO) efforts, such as the $500M E-Gov and modernization initiative, the Electronic Records Archives (ERA) for National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).  This experience positions us to provide the people, processes and lessons learned to deliver program management solutions that effectively control and manage several programs across the federal government.

ALON News

02/04/10 — ALON has received a modification to its GSA Schedule 70, exercising the option to extend the agreement to February 2015.  Two additional five-year option periods remain on the schedule.

09/23/09 — ALON obtains ISO 9001:2008 Certification
